WILL-V Wants an MBA Intern

WILL-V is looking for an MBA intern with the following desired qualifications:
  • experience in marketing & advertising to a fashion audience
  • experience in marketing & advertising to a luxury audience
  • experience with social media marketing & advertising
  • anybody that can offer experience (even outside of marketing & advertising) and excitement about helping to grow a young brand
  • anybody with a background in sports/athletics would be a plus but certainly not a requirement!

Harbor Street Capital Spring 2024 Private Equity Internship Program

 
Harbor Street Capital (“HSC”) is a private investment firm dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and operating established private businesses in the United States with an enterprise value between $20M - $50M. HSC is looking for an unpaid private equity intern for spring 2024. The firm's Managing Partners hold MBAs from NYU Stern and UVA Darden.

Interns will work closely with the Managing Partners on all aspects of operations including deal sourcing and origination, evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence, and execution of a potential deal. Key responsibilities may include:
  • Partnering with the firm’s leadership to develop and execute investment theses
  • Researching and identifying attractive industries
  • Analyzing target companies and drafting emails for business owners
  • Performing due diligence for target companies
While the position is unpaid, the position also includes an educational program with:
  • Direct access to the Managing Partners at HSC via weekly meetings
  • Orientation to discuss HSC’s investment process and philosophy
  • Bi-monthly educational sessions on financial modeling and analysis, valuation, M&A, and more
  • Help on all aspects of recruiting including networking, mock interviewing, and resume review
Interns are encouraged to seek school fellowships and/or course credit, if possible.

Desired Qualifications
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to write professional emails
  • Strong and proven interest in private equity, investment banking, M&A, and entrepreneurship
  • Genuine curiosity for how businesses work and a tenacious attitude towards research

Become a Founding Leader of YEP!
